Refund Eligibility
90-day or longer program refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
You have fully implemented the recommendations and action steps provided in your program.
You have followed the custom plan, including dietary and lifestyle changes, for the specified duration as outlined in your audit (usually 30 days).
You provide documented evidence (such as progress pictures, food logs, or daily routines) showing that you followed the plan as recommended.
You did not experience measurable results after the agreed-upon time frame.

Process for Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must:
Submit proof that you followed all recommendations as outlined in your program.
Email us at vibranthealthandnutrition@gmail.com with your request, including supporting evidence (e.g., before and after photos, detailed records of implementation, etc.).
Refund Determination
Once your request is received, we will review your case and determine whether a refund is warranted. If we find that you did not implement the recommendations as suggested or did not allow enough time to see results, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.
Refunds will not be granted if:
