I'm a Gut Health & Wellness Coach helping women over 40 finally break free from daily bloating, discomfort, and digestive frustration.
For years, I silently struggled with horrible bloating, gas, and stomach pain. Some mornings I’d wake up already bloated—or worse, I’d start the day feeling fine and within an hour of drinking water, I’d look five months pregnant. I tried cutting foods, skipping meals, and Googling every symptom... but nothing really worked.
Until I finally stopped chasing quick fixes and discovered how to actually support my gut.
Now I no longer live every day in pain. I understand my triggers, I know how to calm symptoms when they show up, and most importantly, I feel like myself again. That’s what I want for every woman who feels frustrated, uncomfortable in her body, or like no one’s listening.
With 15+ years of experience as a certified personal trainer and wellness coach, my mission has shifted from fat loss to helping women restore their gut health and feel better from the inside out—without extreme diets, endless restrictions, or starting over every Monday.
I created The Bloat-Free Blueprint as a simple, step-by-step guide for women just like you, who are doing “everything right” but still feel bloated, puffy, and uncomfortable in their clothes. It’s the exact approach that changed my life, and I’m honored to share it with you.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me outside with my husband Jon and our two dogs (plus two cats!), or spending time with my five nephews. These days, my biggest passion is helping women feel free, confident, and comfortable in their bodies again.
