Protein is your best friend here—aim to eat 30g of protein per meal. It helps you build lean muscle and increases your metabolism, which in turn burns more fat, even when you’re at rest. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, naturally. Plus, eating enough protein keeps you fuller for longer and reduces cravings, which helps you stay on track.
